With regards to effectiveness, we account for about 82% of our main client's new customer acquisition. In the matter of our other main client, we outsold their inventory 3 times. As to our approach, we are direct marketers. What that means is we bring the product directly to the consumer as opposed to having them push the product to the side. Our approach, we view ourselves as more consultants. We don't push consumers into a product. We take a more human approach: if the product makes sense for the person we will offer it, not push it. We also drop the sales aspect of our drop and become more human, asking them about their day, how work-life, how many puppies they have, or any random topic to ease the tension and break the ice.
